The Friends and Family Test (FFT) is an important feedback tool that supports the fundamental principle that people who use NHS services should have the opportunity to provide feedback on their experience. Listening to the views of patients and staff helps the practice identify what is working well, what can be improved and how.

You can provide feedback to be included in the Friends and Family Test monthly data by responding to a text message or email sent to you after you have contacted Bicester Health Centre. You can provide FFT feedback on the tablet in the practice waiting area, or you can request a paper questionnaire from the reception desk in the practice.

The frequency of Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspections depends on a care provider's previous rating: Outstanding or Good providers are typically inspected every five years, Requires Improvement services within 12 months, and Inadequate services within six months.

Each time we are assessed, if our rating doesn't change, then the date to the left will not change, however if our rating changes, this will be updated to reflect this.
