Publication of GP Net Earnings  April 2024-March 2025

All GP practices are required to declare the mean earnings (e.g. average pay) for GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients at each practice.

The average pay for GPs who worked for six months or more in Bicester Health Centre in the last financial year was £69,966 before Tax and National Insurance. This is for 2 full-time GP's, 9 part-time GP's and 1 locum GP
