The reception and administration team are here to help you. Their responsibility is to ensure that all patients have equitable access to our resources and the smooth running of our organisation. Looking after so many patients and running many clinics simultaneously is often stressful and we appreciate your consideration. In order to assist you quickly and appropriately they may have to ask for more details about your condition. Please let them know if you change your name, address, telephone number etc in order that our records for you and other members of your family are up to date. Our receptionists are bound by the same rules of patient confidentiality as the doctors and nurses.
