Practice Complaints Procedure
We always try to give you the best
possible service. However, there will be times when you feel this
has not happened and will want to know why. If you do have any
complaints, ideas, suggestions or constructive criticisms do please
discuss them with our practice manager. Our complaints procedure
conforms with NHS guidelines.

you?' is available from our reception and gives
further information about the process, your rights and
where to get help.
