Appointments can be made by either calling at the reception desk or by telephoning the health centre on 01869 249333 between 8.30am and 6.00pm during the week. To book non-urgent appointments please phone between 11.30am and 4.00pm where possible. The surgery is no longer open on Saturdays.

Morning surgery runs from 8.30 – 12.00. Urgent problems that need to be seen the same day are seen in an emergency clinic starting at midday. From 1.00pm all same day problems are dealt with by the duty doctor. Routine emergency surgeries are run from 3.30pm – 5.30pm.

Please arrive in good time and book in at reception. If you cannot attend for your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible in order that your appointment can be offered to another patient. On occasions, surgeries can run late because earlier consultations have taken longer than normal or your doctor has been called out to an emergency. We ask for your understanding and patience at such times.

The main switchboard is closed between 1.00pm and 2.00pm each day. You may attend the surgery in person during the lunch hour to book appointments, collect prescriptions etc. The doctors and nurses are not generally in attendance at this time although a duty doctor and nurse are on call. In the event of an emergency which will not wait until we re-open, please telephone 01869 322750 (between 1.00 and 2.00pm only).
